EUROHOSTEL ONLINE RESERVATIONS – CANCELLATION TERMS
These terms are valid when the reservation is made directly with Eurohostel without third parties.
On our website, you can book both Saver Rates and Daily Rates accommodation products. Saver Rates are always paid by credit card at the time of booking. Saver Rates are our cheapest prices, but there is no possibility of changing or canceling them, and there are no discounts on them. Daily Rates are paid upon arrival at our reception. Changes and cancellations for Daily Rates are possible until 6 pm on the day of arrival.
If you have booked Daily Rates accommodation and your arrival time is after 6 pm, please inform us of the exact arrival time in advance – otherwise, the reservation is only valid until 6 pm on the day of arrival. If you report a later arrival time after noon on the day of arrival, you must notify Eurohostel by phone +358-(0)9-6220 470.
Group reservations (min 10 people) have their own reservation-specific cancellation conditions.
