We collect feedback from our guests in several ways and aim to improve our services according to it.
Since 2007 Eurohostel has been part of Quality1000 which is a quality assurance program tailored for the travel industry. It is based on international quality certification criteria and is run by Perho PRO at Perho Culinary, Tourism and Business college.
In September 2017 our hostel received international HI-Q certificate, which is a quality management system for hostels provided by Hostelling International. We continue this work by applying for HI-Q&S (sustainability added) certificate during year 2019.
